Terms of Service

Effective date: January 25, 2026. Version: 2026-01-25.v1.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Campaign Reach (the “Service”), a recruitment/outreach CRM platform. The Service is provided for use by an institution (the “Institution”) and its authorized users (“Users”).

1. Relationship and scope

  • Institution-controlled service. The Institution determines who is authorized to access the Service and the scope of their access.
  • Processor role. Campaign Reach processes Institution Data on behalf of the Institution and on its instructions.
  • Institution Data ownership. The Institution retains all rights, title, and interest in Institution Data.

2. Acceptable use

Users must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies. The Institution is responsible for ensuring User access aligns with its policies and legal obligations.

3. Security responsibilities

  • Campaign Reach will implement reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for a SaaS platform.
  • Users must safeguard credentials and promptly report suspected compromise to their administrator.
  • The Institution is responsible for user provisioning, deprovisioning, and appropriate role assignment.

4. Availability and changes

The Service may be updated over time to improve security, performance, or functionality. Campaign Reach does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows, incidents, and third-party outages may occur.

5. Audit and logging

The Service may maintain logs and audit trails related to authentication, administrative actions, and operational events. These logs are used for security, compliance support, and troubleshooting.

6. Data retention and deletion

Data retention is determined by the Institution’s needs and instructions. Campaign Reach supports reasonable requests to export or delete Institution Data, subject to contractual obligations and applicable law.

7. Confidentiality

Campaign Reach will treat Institution Data as confidential and will not disclose it except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with law, or as otherwise instructed by the Institution.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Campaign Reach does not provide legal advice and does not warrant that the Service will meet all regulatory requirements for every institution without appropriate configuration and governance.

9. Contact

Users should contact their Institution’s Campaign Reach administrator for support, access issues, or policy questions.

If the Institution has a separate written agreement with Campaign Reach, that agreement may supersede or supplement these Terms.
